April 11 (SeeNews) - Slovenian department store chain Nama [LJE:NALN] has proposed to its shareholders the payment of a gross dividend of 0.17 euro ($0.19) per share on 2021 earnings, it said.
Nama plans a dividend payout of 162,134 euro, while 127,783 euro will retained, the company said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.
The distributable profit of Nama amounted to 289,917 euro as at December 31, 2021, the company said.
The general shareholders' meeting of Nama will be held on May 11.
The company did not distribute dividend last year.
