July 2 (SeeNews) - Slovenian electricity and gas trading company GEN-I said on Tuesday it placed 12-month commercial notes worth a nominal 25 million euro ($28.2 million).
The issue enjoyed increased interest with 47 investors filing bids worth an overall 42 million euro, GEN-I said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
The annual interest rate is 1.1% as the papers will be traded on the Ljubljana bourse.
The issue arranger was local lender Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor's (NKBM).
GEN-I said it plans to use the proceeds to finance its working capital and to diversify the structure of its short-term sources of financing.
