LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 10 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's ‘bad bank’, the Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB), said it is inviting binding offers for the purchase of 2.6 million euro ($3.0 million) of claims held against local retail and wholesale company Engrotus.
DUTB intends to sell off a bundle of claims held against Engrotus stemming from loan agreements, inclusive of interest and relevant procedural fees and accessory rights, the 'bad bank' said in a statement on Thursday.

The bidding deadline is January 19.
DUTB was established in March 2013 as a government-owned company with the aim of facilitating the restructuring of local banks facing severe solvency and liquidity problems.
