December 18 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices ended higher in increased turnover on Friday, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.92% to 980.35 points, while the broader SBI20 index closed 0.76% higher at 4,046.44 points.
On Thursday, the SBITOP closed 0.25% lower and the SBI20 ended 0.03% higher.
Six of the seven LJSE blue chips closed higher on Friday.
Drug maker Krka was the only blue-chip decliner. Its shares closed 0.32% down at an average daily price of 64.42 euro ($92.5).
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor led the blue chip gainers and was the most liquid stock with a traded volume of 16,790 shares. The bank stock rose 3.76% to an average price of 11.86 euro.
LJSE's total turnover rose to 5.0 million euro from Thursday's 4.5 million euro.
