March 13 (SeeNews) - Serbian state-owned railway operator Zeleznice Srbije said Slovak rolling stock maker ZOS Vrutky is interested in acquiring state-owned Serbian peer Zelvoz, which is currently undergoing restructuring.
ZOS Vrutky is also interested in manufacturing 25 carriages for the needs of the Serbian railways, Zeleznice Srbije said in a statement published on its website on Tuesday.
The Slovak company is ready to provide a credit line for the carriages, it added.
ZOS Vrutky would also like to participate in the overhaul of the rolling stock of the Serbian railway operator.
