July 29 (SeeNews) - Romania's hospitality holding SIF Hoteluri [BSE: CAOR] said it has sold the Rusca Hotel in Hunedoara, central-western Romania, for 1.1 million euro ($1.31 million).
The sale contract was concluded on July 27 and covers the land, the hotel building as well as the hotel's club building and all amenities, SIF Hoteluri said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, on Wednesday.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
SIF Hoteluri is owned by Romanian investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana [BSE:SIF1]. The hospitality holding also owns EuroHotel Timisoara, Eurohotel Baia Mare, Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea and Hotel Beta Cluj.
SIF Hoteluri narrowed its net loss to 1.09 million lei ($263,000/221,000 euro) in the first quarter of 2021, from 13.35 million lei in the same period of last year. Its turnover plummeted to 1.49 lei in the first quarter, from 8.33 million lei in the same period of 2020, according to statements filed by the company with the BVB.
SIF Hoteluri shares last traded on the BVB on July 19, when they closed at 1.25 lei.
SIF Banat-Crisana's shares traded 2.22% lower at 2.64 lei by 1423 on Thursday on the BVB.
