June 12 (SeeNews) - Serbian power and industrial engineering holding Minel Koncern [BEL:MNHL] said on Wednesday local real estate firm Treca Petoletka has acquired a 24% stake in its capital.
Treca Petoletka acquired 62,210 Minel Koncern shares on June 11, the engineering holding said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Serbian entrepreneur Mladen Grujic owns a 95% stake in the capital of Treca Petoletka, while the remainder is held by Luxembourg-based company Nordic Star SPF, according to data from the Serbian Commercial Register.
Minel Koncern has a total of 259,210 issued shares with a nominal value of 1,000 dinars ($9.5/8.4 euro) apiece.
