BELGRADE (Serbia), January 18 (SeeNews) – Serbian diversified conglomerate Delta Holding said it plans to make investments worth 600 million euro ($734.7 million) in real estate projects in the next two years.
In 2018, Delta's real estate subsidiary plans to start the construction of the Delta Planet shopping mall in the luxury Delta Centre complex, which will include InterContinental Hotel Belgrade and exclusive retail and office premises in Serbia's capital, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The company also plans to build a new headquarters, one of the first business buildings with the highest ecological standards in the field of construction and maintenance.
Delta Holding plans to invest 70 million euro in the Delta Planet shopping mall in Bosnia's Banja Luka and 120 million euro in a shopping mall in Bulgaria's Varna, the company added. The shopping malls are scheduled to be opened in the last quarter of 2018.
The conglomerate said its earnings before interest, taxes, amortisation and depreciation (EBITDA) rose 33.9% to 4.75 billion dinars ($49 million/40 million euro) last year. The revenue of the company increased 11.3% to 55.8 billion dinars.
