October 18 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Serbia in August grew by an annual 39.3% to 2,843, the country's statistical office said.
The estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits went down 8.9% on the year in August, the statistical office said in a statement.
A total of 2,278 building permits were issued in July, up 13.6% on the year.
Details on the percentage changes in the value of Serbia's August construction projects and the number of issued permits follow:
