BELGRADE (Serbia), July 25 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip company Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] has offered for sale 442,361 of its treasury shares, or 1.26% of own capital, it said on Thursday.
The company offers the shares on a pro-rata basis at a price of 750.45 dinars ($7.1/6.4 euro) apiece in cash, Aerodrom Nikola Tesla said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Shareholders will be able to purchase one treasury share per each 80 shares they own in Aerodrom Nikola Tesla as of July 22, the company said.
Shareholders with less than 80 shares may acquire only a part of a treasury share, becoming a co-owner with another investor, Aerodrom Nikola Tesla added.
The offer is available until August 26.
The Serbian government owned a 83.5% stake in the capital of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla at the end of March, according to the financial report of the company for the first quarter of 2019. No details about the number of treasury shares are available in the report.
