BELGRADE (Serbia), November 13 (SeeNews) – Serbia on Friday said it sold the 12,000-square metre office building of bankrupt state-owned Ineks-intereksport holding company to the Belgrade city for 1.03 billion dinars ($16.2 million/10.9 million euro).
The building was valued at about 2.0 billion dinars.

The buyer is a consortium comprising the city government and the municipal waste management company JKP Gradska Cistoca, Serbia’s Privatisation Agency said in a statement.
The city government will use the building located in downtown Belgrade to accommodate all its administrative departments, local broadcaster b92 (www.b92.net) reported.
