August 26 (SeeNews) - Serbia will decide on a 10% hike of the toll rate next month, the Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure told SeeNews on Friday.
The proposal, made by road maintenance company Puteve Srbije, will be considered in September, the ministry noted in its e-mailed statement to SeeNews. The ministry expects Puteve Srbije to present sound arguments but the final decision will be made after consultations with the finance ministry.
The latest toll hike in Serbia was in 2008.
