November 4 (SeeNews) - Romania's property restitution fund Proprietatea said on Wednesday it has sold its 17.36% stake in drug distributor Centrofarm for 6.8 million lei ($2.3 million/1.6 million euro) via the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The names and number of buyers were not disclosed.

Proprietatea sold the stake in Centrofarm at a price of 6.0 lei per share which represents a 50% premium on the share price from September 4, when Centrofarm’s stocks were last traded.
Generalcom was the largest shareholder in Centrofarm at end-June with a 74.1% stake, data from Romania's Central Depository showed.
