October 22 (SeeNews) - Romanian property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] said that it has repurchased a total of 4,600,093 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs in the period October 14-18.
The total value of the transactions in the review period was 5.5 million lei ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro), Fondul Proprietatea said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Since the start of the company's tenth share repurchase programme, Fondul Proprietatea has bought back a total of 371,537,581 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs, for a total of some 400.8 million lei.
The number of shares left to be repurchased within the tenth buyback programme is 378,462,419.
As at 13:00 CET on Tuesday, Fondul Proprietatea shares traded 0.84% lower at 1.185 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
