October 19 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Domus Stil said on Friday it was investing more than 80 million euro ($114 milion) in its third residential complex in the capital Bucharest.
"The complex, Confort City, will include 12 blocks, totaling 1,680 apartments. The first apartments will be ready in the summer of 2008, while the whole project will be completed in the spring of 2009,” Domus Stil sales manager Iuliana Ionescu told SeeNews.
Confort City will have 45,000 square metres of built-up area.
Domus Stil (www.domousstil.ro) has developed two other projects, Confort Park and Confort Residence, in which it has invested 60 million euro and 40 million euro, respectively.
