BUCHAREST (Romania), November 30 (SeeNews) – Romania’s 2007 crop of cereals, sunflowerseeds, soybean and sugar beet is below expectations after a severe drought hit the country this year, the Agriculture Ministry said on Friday.
“The harvest was weak. Output fell because of the drought,” the ministry said in a statement.
