November 18 (SeeNews) - Romania said on Wednesday it would relaunch the open-bid tender for its 69.271% stake in restaurant operator Trocadero next month, keeping the starting price unchanged at 7.7 million lei ($2.7 million/1.8 million euro).
Bidding in the tender will begin at 0900 GMT on December 18 with potential bidders required to submit the relevant tender documents by 0900 GMT on the previous day, the Romanian government's asset-selling agency, AVAS, said in a statement.

Last month Romania cancelled the 20.79 million lei sale contract for Trocadero signed with local company Calex Business Grup after the buyer failed to pay the deal price.
One of Romania’s five regional investment funds, SIF 4 Muntenia, owns 5.529% of Trocadero and the rest of the equity is in the hands of smaller shareholders, AVAS said.
