November 27 (SeeNews) - The Croatian unit of Denmark-headquartered Rockwool Group, a provider of stone wool insulation solutions for the construction industry, said it has received a licence to recycle used stone wool.
Rockwool Adriatic has received the permit from the Istria county, in northern Croatia, following a 1.0 million kuna ($148,000/134,000 euro) investment in the project, the company said in an emailed statement earlier this week.
Rockwool is already offering stone wool recycling in ten countries, including Croatia, but aims to lift their number to 30 by 2030, the statement said.
