SKOPJE (North Macedonia), March 10 (SeeNews) – The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in North Macedonia increased to seven after three more citizens tested positive for the virus on Monday, local media reported on Tuesday.
The three new cases were in close contact with another patient who had returned from a trip to Italy a week earlier, news agency MIA reported, citing sources from the country’s health ministry.
The health condition of all patients who have tested positive is stable, the report said.
The first case of the novel coronavirus in North Macedonia was confirmed on February 27.
