February 5 (SeeNews) - A new hospital worth 158 million euro ($170 million) opened in Croatia's Adriatic town of Rijeka, the government said.
This big investment project will improve the quality of healthcare services for 600,000 individuals, prime minister Andrej Plenkovic said in a press release on Friday, when the hospital was officially opened.
The hospital has an area of 70,000 sq m, as its main building covers 40,000 sq m.
