May 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based real estate management company Sovremen Dom [MSE:SDOM] said that its consolidated net profit dropped 37.8% on the year to 5.2 million denars ($101,300/84,400 euro) in the first quarter of 2021.
Total operating revenue was 10.4% lower year-on-year at 27.8 million denars in the January-March period, the company said in an interim financial statement last week.
The company made 3.5 million denars in revenue from sales abroad in the period under review, down 33.2% on an annual comparison basis. Domestic sales fell 7.3% to 23.9 million denars.
Sovremen Dom's operating expenses amounted to 19.9 million denars in the three months through March, down 3.3% compared with the same period of 2020.
