September 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's hotel and catering services company Makedonijaturist [MSE:MTUR] said that its shareholder Sava Penziski Fond has purchased an additional 270 ordinary shares of the company.
Following the purchase, Sava Penziski Fond owns 8.73% shareholding interest in Makedonijaturist, the company said in a filing to the bourse in Skopje on Thursday.
The value of the transaction and the name of the seller were not disclosed.
The equity capital of Makedonijaturist is divided into 452,247 shares of 26 euro ($26) in par value each, according to the company's latest financial statement. Its biggest shareholder is Done Davidov who owns 88,582 shares, representing 20% interest.
Makedonijaturist's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on September 28, at an average price of 4,400 denars.
