March 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's ProCredit Bank has raised 6 million euro ($6.5 million) in a capital increase via a new share issue, the country's Central Securities Depository said.
The bank issued 1,200,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 5 euro each, equal to their nominal value, the Central Securities Depository said in a notice on Monday.
Following the transaction, ProCredit Bank's share capital totals 33.8 million euro, split into 6,757,351 shares.
The newly issued shares were reserved for the lender's sole owner - Germany-based ProCredit Holding, the country's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said in February when approving the capital hike plan.
