May 6 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based oil products transport company Oilko KDA [MSE:OILK] said that its net profit dropped 19.1% on the year to 7.2 million denars ($140,200 million/116,400 euro) in the first quarter of 2021.
Total operating revenues dropped by 8.9% year-on-year to 95.4 million denars, as sales dropped both abroad and at home, the company said in an interim financial statement last week.
Domestic sales shrank by 9.6% to 88.1 million denars, while sales abroad were down 2.9% to 6.7 million denars in the January-March period.
Operating expenses decreased by 8% to 87.2 million denars, as cost of materials fell by 18.6% to 21.9 million denars.
