November 7 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Central Securities Depository said that local asset management company Innovo Status has increased its capital by 80,000 euro ($79,500) through a private placement.
Innovo Status issued 80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1 euro apiece, equal to the par value, the securities depository said in a statement last week.
Following the new share issue, Innovo Status's capital totals 297,654 euro, divided into 297,654 ordinary shares of 1 euro in par value each.
North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission said earlier that the newly issued shares will be purchased by Sofia, Bulgaria-based ACM CONSULT EOOD, which is a shareholder in Innovo Status, and by two individual investors.
