February 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's building materials producer Cementarnica Usje [MSE:USJE], a unit of Greece's cement producer Titan, said it appointed Mario Bracci president of the board of directors.
Bracci is replacing Yanni Paniaras, who resigned due to other professional engagements in the Titan Group, Cementarnica Usje said in a bourse notice on Friday.
The company added that Konstantinos Nikolaou will assume the role of acting chief executive officer (CEO) until the next shareholders' meeting, succeeding Boris Hrisafov, who has retired.
Cementarnica Usje's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on January 30 at an average price of 30,500 denars ($534.1/495.3 euro).
