June 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's paper products maker 6 Maj has increased its stake in local cardboard packages producer Fustelarko Borec [MSE:FUBT] to 24.926% after acquiring 8,200 shares in the company, Fustelarko Borec said on Friday.
After the transaction, which took place on June 15, the investor owns 17,874 Fustelarko Borec shares, Fustelarko Borec said in a bourse filing.

Sasho Chatleski, director of 6 Maj, is a member of Fustelarko Borec's board of directors.
At the same time, local company Jan Komerc sold 6,206 shares in Fustelarko Borec, decreasing its stake in the company to 8.037%. Jane Petkovski, director of Jan Komerc and chairman of the BoD of Fustelarko Borec, also sold 1,984 Fustelarko Borec shares, thus exiting from the shareholding structure of the company.
Fustelarko Borec's share capital is divided into 71,709 shares with a par value of 37.65 euro each.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian stock exchange on March 27, when they traded at an average price of 2,101 denars ($37.4/34.1 euro).
