June 6 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's economy ministry said on Tuesday it has launched three public calls for subsidies in the total amount of 50 million denars ($866,519/811,525 euro) to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), female entrepreneurs and craftsmen.
The economy ministry will provide a total of 43 million denars in subsidies to MSMEs, 2 million denars to female entrepreneurs and 5 million denars to craftsmen, it said in the public calls.
MSMEs can apply for subsidies of up to 250,000 denars for the purchase of machines, whereas craftsmen can get up to 100,000 denars to buy machines and equipment. Female entrepreneurs can apply for up to 100,000 denars to develop, purchase or implement digital transformation solutions.
The deadline to apply in the three calls is June 30.
