June 20 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's wholesale trade turnover grew by 8.2% to 2.065 billion euro ($2.387 billion) in 2017, after increasing by 2.2% in the previous year, official figures showed on Wednesday.
Wholesale trade in the food sector generated 30% of the total turnover, according to data from the country's statistical office, Monstat.
The number of employees in Montenegro's wholesale trade sector went up by 2.7% in 2017 to 16,765, the statistical office said.
