PODGORICA (Montenegro), February 1 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s Prva Banka Crne Gore [MNE:PBCG] said it swung to a net profit of 1 million euro ($1.1 million) in the first nine months of 2018 from a net loss of 488,000 euro in the respective period of the previous year.
The bank's net interest income amounted to 6.3 million euro in the first nine months of 2018, up from 6 million euro in the like period of 2017, while net fee and commission income declined to 1.4 million euro from 1.7 million euro, according to the lender's financial statement, posted on the website of Montenegro's central bank.
The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 216.3 million euro, while deposits totalled 347.7 million euro at the end of September.
