April 23 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's Podgorica airport welcomed 370,000 passengers year-to-date on Sunday, state-owned airport operator Aerodromi Crne Gore said on Tuesday.
This represents an increase of 45% compared to the pre-pandemic year of 2019, Aerodromi Crne Gore said in a press release.
"According to indications, the number of passengers will increase during the summer because Podgorica Airport will be connected to around 45 destinations," Aerodromi said.
The airports in Podgorica and Tivat served a total of 2.51 million passengers last year, up from 1.92 million in 2022.
