PODGORICA (Montenegro), June 27 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin oil products distributor Jugopetrol [MNG:JGPK] said its shareholders have approved a proposed annual dividend distribution in the amount of 4.5 million euro ($4.8 million) for 2021.

The company will pay out gross 0.97 euro per share, it said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange on Friday.

Jugopetrol paid 0.40 euro gross dividend on 2020 earnings.

The shareholders of Jugopetrol approved the proposal during their meeting on June 2, the company added.

Jugopetrol, in which Greece's Hellenic Petroleum International holds a 54.4% stake, recorded a net profit of 5.6 million euro in 2021, up from 2.6 million euro in the previous year.
