October 27 (SeeNews) - Moldova's second-biggest bank by assets, Victoriabank, said on Tuesday its net profit fell by an annual 68.5% to 52.06 million lei ($4.7 million/3.2 million euro).

Victoriabank's main shareholders are the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with a 15.06% stake and Romanian commercial bank Alpha Bank with a 12.5% stake.
