January 15 (SeeNews) - Moldova's trade deficit narrowed by 0.5% on the year to $2.740 billion (2.461 billion euro) in the first eleven months of the year, the country's statistics bureau said on Wednesday.
Moldova's exports rose 3%, while imports increased by 1.2% through November, the statistics office said in a statement.
In November, exports edged down by 0.8% on the year to $266.6 million, while imports fell by an annual 3.5% to $504.2 million.
Moldova's trade deficit widened by 27.1% on the year to $3.057 billion in 2018.
