July 5 (SeeNews) - London-listed real estate company Globalworth said on Wednesday that its Globalworth Campus A in Bucharest will be hosting the headquarters of the Romanian arm of Polish food and beverages group Maspex starting with autumn 2023.
The Maspex team will be hosted in a generous office space which is being fitted out by Globalworth’s new Workplaces division, the real estate company said in a press release.
“Due to the multitude of brands and activities associated with them, Maspex Romania is continuously in a positive dynamic, so we adapt the rhythm of our company according to them. Therefore, the change in the location of the company’s offices comes as a natural consequence and as a necessary measure,” Grzegorz Grabowski, CEO of Maspex Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary Business Unit.
The Globalworth Campus complex is an office project focused on sustainability and avant-garde design, with the highest energy standards. The campus includes three A-class office buildings, a conference centre able to host 1,200 people, retail outlets and various other facilities spanning a rentable area of 92,000 sq m.
Maspex Romania specialises in the production of soft drinks, instant products, snacks and natural mineral water, with brands such as Tymbark, Bucovina, and Tedi in its portfolio. In 2022, the company booked a net profit of 114.2 million lei ($25.1 million/23.1 million euro) on a turnover of 1.1 billion lei, most recent data from Romania’s finance ministry showed.
