October 31 (SeeNews) - Liechtenstein-based diversified group Duferco Skop SA increased its stake in North Macedonia-based steel mill Makstil [MSE:STIL] to 82.98%, Makstil said on Tuesday.
Duferco recently acquired 175,811 shares of Makstil, representing a 1.2% stake, Makstil said in a bourse filing, without providing further details.

Makstil's share capital is divided into 14,622,943 shares, each with a par value of 5.11 euro.
The company's shares last traded at an average price of 128 denars ($2.2/2.1 euro) on the Macedonian stock exchange on October 26.
Makstil produces hot rolled heavy plates.
