February 7 (SeeNews) - Macedonian forwarder Fersped [ME:FERS] said that local peer Makosped [MSE:MKSD] has increased its stake in the company to 12.90%.
Makosped has acquired 139 Fersped shares for an undisclosed price and now owns a total of 2,336 shares, Fersped said in a bourse filing on Monday.

The 139 shares are equivalent to a stake of 0.77% in Fersped.
Since July last year, Makosped has increased its stake in Fersped in several transactions. Back then, the company held 891 Fersped shares, equal to a 4.9% stake.
Fersped was established in 1968 and privatised in 1995. Its core activity is transport and forwarding services, but the company operates also in hospitality, wine production and brokerage sectors.
Makosped, established in 1946, offers transport and warehousing services.
