SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 23 (SeeNews) – Macedonian construction company Granit said on Wednesday it has signed two agreements for road construction worth a combined 509.5 million denars ($11.8 million/8.3 million euro) with the state agency in charge of industrial zones development.
Under the first agreement, worth 371.4 million denars, the company will build road infrastructure in the free industrial zone in the eastern city of Stip. The second deal, for road infrastructure in the industrial zone of the capital Skopje, is valued at 138.1 million denars, Granit said in the statement posted on the Macedonian bourse's website.
The construction works should be completed within one year, Granit added, without providing additional details.
Granit’s shares, part of the blue-chip index MBI-10 of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, closed flat at 725 denars on Wednesday.
