November 19 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's August current account balance showed a preliminary surplus of 72.53 million euro ($106.1 million), as compared to a surplus of 30.19 million euro a year earlier, central bank data showed on Monday.
Macedonia had a revised current account deficit of a 12.58 million euro in July.
The country narrowed its current account gap to 18.9 million euro last year from 81.5 million euro in 2005.
