August 11 (SeeNews) - The two share indices of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose for a fifth consecutive trading session on Thursday, with port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] pacing the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Luka Koper's shares advanced 2.41% on Thursday, closing at 25.50 euro, LJSE data showed.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the sole decliner among the blue-chips, as its shares lost 1.03% to end at 38.60 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,172.67 points, up 0.38%, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,458.90 points, 0.37% higher compared with the previous trading day.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 795,300 euro on Thursday from 266,752 euro on Wednesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] dominated trading on Thursday, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 426,952 euro. Krka's shares closed flat at 99 euro.
