LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 29 (SeeNews) – A drop in the share price of Slovenian pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] weighed on the blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, LJSE's data showed.
The SBITOP fell 1.30% to 854.19 points, as Krka lost 2.46% to 63.4 euro.
The pharmaceuticals producer generated the largest portion of the LJSE's trading turnover on Tuesday – 519,230 euro.
The total turnover of the stock exchange rose to 1.06 million euro ($1.2 million) from 824,920 euro on Monday.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] posted the biggest gains among the Slovenian blue-chip companies on Tuesday. The company rose 0.84% to 179.5 euro.
