June 6 (SeeNews) - The two share indices of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose more than 1% each on Monday on gains in Krka and Petrol as turnover dropped, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 1.03% to 1,166.44 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, added 2.02% to 1,385.82 points.
The bourse's total trading turnover fell to some 811,000 euro ($868,000) from 1.2 million euro on Friday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most traded company with a turnover of 225,600 euro. It was also the biggest daily gainer on Monday as its shares surged 3.56% to end at 93 euro.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] dropped by 5.37% to 38.80 euro in a turnover of 215,000.
Index heavyweight energy company Petrol [LJE:PETG] appreciated 2.39% to end at 514 euro in a turnover of 110,000 euro.
