February 28 (SeeNews) - Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] was the top blue-chip gainer in Tuesday's trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data showed.
The company closed 3.93% higher at 1.85 euro ($1.96), in a turnover of 22,610 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and highly capitalised stocks on the LJSE, increased 1.49% to 791.44 points, after adding 0.68% on Monday.
Hand tools maker Unior [LJE:UKIG] was the only blue-chip decliner on Tuesday. It closed 0.05% lower at 19.975 euro generating a modest turnover of 13,280 euro.
The LJSE's total trading turnover fell to 1.85 million euro on Tuesday from 2.18 million euro in the previous session.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the largest turnover, of 676,080 euro, and closed at 52 euro, up 1.36%.
Fuel retailer Petrol generated the second-largest turnover on Tuesday, of 306,670 euro, followed closely by insurer Triglav which contributed with 302,450 euro. Petrol closed 3.19% higher at 356 euro, while Triglav added 0.73% to 26.8 euro.
