February 22 (SeeNews) - Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as share indices ended down, bourse data showed.
Impol Seval won 8.24% and closed at 3,599 dinars. A total of 27 of the company's shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 97,173 dinars.
Agricultural chemicals company Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] generated the highest turnover of 1.7 million dinars on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as 574 of its shares changed hands. Galenika Fitofarmacija lost 0.10% and closed at 2,952 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, went down 0.12% to 756.86 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index rose 0.38%.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, fell 0.03% on Thursday and closed at 1,592.50 points, after growing 0.44% on Wednesday.
Construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] paced the blue-chip decliners on the Belgrade stock market on Thursday, as it lost 1.96% and closed at 5,000 dinars. A total of 100 of the company's shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 500,000 dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse decreased to 7.3 million dinars ($76,038/61,892 euro) on Thursday from 8 million dinars on Wednesday, as 337 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 428,750 dinars.
