In 2019, Opel sold a total of 11,700 cars in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia, the statement read.
Last month, AutoWallis said it had agreed to take over the biggest BMW cars dealer in neighbouring Slovenia, A-Cosmos, as part of its plans to strengthen its presence in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), as to raise the volume of BMW sales in Slovenia.
It already has a subsidiary in Slovenia - WallisMotor Ljubljana - which has been an exclusive representative for Jaguar and Land Rover.
AutoWallis is present in 14 countries in CEE.
