June 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 5 held 810,737 treasury shares, representing 0.992698% of the issued capital, the company said.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 18,722 own shares for 152 kuna ($23.1/20.5 euro) apiece on June 3, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday.
The following day, HT purchased a further 2,036 units at 152.5 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 152 kuna by 13:35 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.33%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
