March 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it held 685,561 of its own shares as of Monday, representing 0.848821% of the company's issued share capital, after repurchasing 4,429 own shares.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back the shares at an average price of 194.6 kuna ($30.6/25.7 euro) apiece on March 12, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 80.76 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.7% of HT.
The company’s shares traded flat at 194.5 kuna by 1456 CET on Monday on the ZSE.
