October 20 (SeeNews) - Romanian branch of European real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) said on Thursday it has completed the refurbishment of its City Gate office complex located in capital Bucharest, following a 3.5 million euro ($3.43 million) investment.
The project was started in 2021 and included the two tower buildings which make up the complex, GTC Romania said in a press release.
Approximately 3 million euro went toward remodeling the rentable space, while the rest was used to remodel the common areas.
Located in the northern part of Bucharest, City Gate is made up of two tower buildings and has a total leasable area of 47,000 sq m. City Gate also boasts 40,000 sq m of underground parking space. The complex is 100% owned by GTC Romania.
GTC Group is a real estate investor and developer, focusing on Poland and capital cities in Central and Eastern Europe. The company manages a portfolio of 44 commercial buildings, with a total lettable area of 761,000 sq m.
