November 18 (SeeNews) - Romanian property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] said on Monday that it has repurchased a total of 4,687,763 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs in the period November 11-15.
The total value of the transactions in the review period was some 5.5 million lei ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro), Fondul Proprietatea said in a bourse filing.
Since the start of the company's tenth share repurchase programme, Fondul Proprietatea has bought back a total of 387,230,207 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs, for a total of some 419.4 million lei.
The number of shares left to be repurchased within the tenth buyback programme is 362,769,793.
As at 14:30 CET on Monday, Fondul Proprietatea shares traded 0.42% lower at 1.18 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
