January 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Tuesday that insurer Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare has increased its stake in the company to 10.09% on December 27.
Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 302,726 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

Also on December 27, Sofia-based Euroins decreased its stake in the company to 4.6176%.
Both Euroins Romania and Euroins are part of Bulgaria's Euroins Insurance Group (EIG).
Euroins Romania owned a 5.6% stake in Synthetica at the end of September, while Euroins controlled 10.06% at the time, according to the Synthetica's most recent financial statement.
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 43 levs ($24.5/22.0 euro) apiece.
